Subscription Terms
Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel. You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method(s) every month until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST if the rate does not include it), every month upon renewal until you cancel.
We may change your plan’s rate each monthly renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel. If the applicable VAT or GST rate (or other included tax or duty) changes during your one-month term, we will accordingly adjust the tax-inclusive price for your plan on your next billing date.
If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription.
For European Economic Area customers, your bank may require you to authenticate your initial purchase using a password, a one-time code sent to your mobile number, or biometric recognition. When you authenticate, you also authorize us to charge your payment method for your additional purchases without providing us further payment information or other instructions (i.e., we will initiate future payments independently). Such additional purchases may occur when we automatically charge your payment method in connection with a recurring subscription or when you add or change licenses or products.
Subscription Cancelation
You can cancel a subscription at any time.
Some products will create a subscription. This will be clearly mentioned before the order is paid.
When an active subscription is created, the license renewal payment is automatically processed. You will be notified 1 day prior to the renewal.

You can cancel a subscription at any time: type /status on our Telegram bot, and click the cancel link. Any cancelations made past 1 hour before the subscription begins processing will not prevent the subscription from billing.
The subscription will be canceled, and from this moment no automatic payment will be processed for the canceled subscription.
Payment Refunds
Time Limit
If you have problems with our products, we will be happy to provide a refund within 7 days since the product purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be given.

Before a refund is granted, allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a ticket in our support desk.
Please give it 24-72 hours for our Support Team to get back to you on your support requests. We do our best to answer a lot faster to your requests.
Refund Reasons
Refunds are granted if the product doesn’t work as described on our site or in our emails.

Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.

License Renewals and lifetime products are strictly non-refundable.
We offer monthly versions for most of our products, so you can test and check if they suit your needs.

Offers and discounts are valid for future orders only and can’t be used to ask for refunds or partial refunds of existing purchases.

Keep in mind that you don’t purchase a free version of our product.

Refunds will not be granted if any issues occur while connecting and trading with TradeLocker and DXTrade.

Refund requests can be submitted through the contact form. Please accompany your request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software or operating systems other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the page of each product or in Helpdesk. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

We have no contractual obligations to issue updates or to continue developing any of the provided products. Product development and support can be stopped at any giving time. This cannot constitute the grounds for a refund request. You will be entitled to use the product as it was in the moment of your purchase, or the latest version that you had access to.

Once we get your request, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund granting
In case your request is judged grounded, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, generally within 2-5 working days since your request has been approved.
